Bloating

I hate that word. Do any home remedies work for this?
I never believed those actimel adverts but am wondering now.

On the other hand maybe I m just putting on weight since the school run stopped

I've been told that drinking more water helps. I need to try it myself too.

Well that would help me genarally anyway I suppose, I don't drink enough water.
