.........for a few year now I have been experiencing hot flushes. Feeling more sweaty, can't shift weight, more headaches than normal, going to the toilet more etc. Usually I am a really cold blooded person, yet I feel and my hubby states how hot I am...literally feel as though my blood is boiling, simmering away. I am also coming out with spots around the tummy, I thought maybe with the heat. I also don't have periods, I haven't for the last 10 year. I have the implant. I'm 40, however my great gran was 32 when she had her menopause, my nanna was also 35ish, my mam was 30ish I think.
