Reading a Menopause Book it suggested I should do 40 mins of Exercise in the morning [shock] As I'm not sleeping well at waking up at 5.40ish am I might as well go for a run. So I brought a NEW Sony Walkman but there is no room for my old tapes ha! ha! So with the lovely help of *Clumsymum* & *BadgersPaws* who taught me through the GEEK Thread how to download music from itunes to my MP3 player [smile] I'm sure they were tearing their hair out at various points [confused] I now need some 80's maybe 90's pop music to run to. All suggestion gladly welcomed [smile]
