starflower oil/fish oils?

Anyone know if its safe to take these together, with a multivitamin and magnesium? I've been taking the fish oils, multivit and magnesium for a while now, but Sainsburys are doing a 3 for 2 offer atm so I thought Id try the starflower - but not sure whether it might be too much?

Soory about double posting - Ipad ran out of juice just as I pressed 'post' and I didnt think it had gone, but it obviously had!

perfectly safe.
the only things you have to be careful of over dosing on are vit A and Vit D.
