Does anyone know if it's OK to take starflower oil and EyeQ fish oil capsules together? I've been taking the fish oil for some time, together with a multivitamin and magnesium, but when I came to replace them today Sainburys were doing a 3 for 2 offer, so thought I'd give the startflower a go. Scientific, eh?!
