Exceedingly sore nipples

think I have a few yrs before menopause but my pre menstrual symptoms are much worse lately

tits are so tender
feels like someone's been swinging on them

and I'm not due for at least a week

anyone else get this?

I get this, I wear a sports bra, which is painful to get on but then the firm support reduces the pain.

I am peri-menopausal ...

My boobs in general hurt- a bit like when you stop breastfeeding.
They are OUT OF BOUNDS to dh.
Doctor suggested evening primrose but hasn't helped.

all pmt gets worse pre meno.

funnily enough me nips are ok now , haven't come on yet and I figure it was when I was ovulating mid cycle that they were so bloody painful

deaddei - I did try evening primrose oil but didn't notice a difference , gave it quite a while

I am taking a b-complex as have heard thta helps too

sore boobs, period back ache for over a month, headaches nearly every day and no period (10 days over the 28 days). The prozac is keeping the pmt monster away but I wish I had a new body! The last time I didnt have a period I was pregnant and it takes a bit of getting used to that this is not pregnancy!
So my mind is knackered too... the gray hairs are showing and I look in the mirror and see my mother! Help I want off this ride lol
