Is anyone up for another Welsh meet up!?

I am definitely up for it but as I am still working finding a suitable date can be problematic for me. I am off next Tuesday morning (16th) if anyone wants to try out the Metro place?

the metro centre is open on a tues in newport. its in town somewhere. think its a cafe for mummies

It is in the Metro Centre on Lower Dock Street - run by Sure Start for Mums with kids under 4 or pregnant ladies (I score on both fronts!). There is a creche, loads of toys, food and drink, etc - 10am - 3pm. I live in Newport and have no idea where this is!! Have to check on multimap.com

englishbeauty have picked up your email about another meet up.

I went along to the baby cafe a fortnight ago, its okay, to be honest, I took the car and couldn't find anywhere to park nearby, had to park in the towns car park, also found that it didn't really get going until after about 11ish, when I was actually leaving, its next to the Newport centre. Coffees are pretty good price 50p and found that the sure start staff are nice and friendly.

Noticed from the thread that you are meeting up this Tuesday, I can't make it I'm afraid as it is my wedding anniversary and we are popping over to the parents so that they can babysit and my dh is taking me out for lunch over at Langstone !!

The cafe is open between 10am and 3pm, they will bombard you with a few questions and questionnare, but they are quite friendly.

If you are meeting up anywhere else and a different day, then let me know. Otherwise I hope that you all have a nice morning.

Anyone free on Friday 26th? I have scrounged a full day off work so would love to do something in the sun.

Haven't looked at the site for ages so I've only just picked up the message. I have now dropped to 3 days a week at work so I am free most Wed and Thurs until the baby comes. Anybody fancy doing something this or next week? Any ideas?
