Are there any British mothers here in Kansas City or am I doomed to talk diapers, strollers, pacifiers and the like from now on?

I don't know of any in KC. You can always come and visit us on the Living in the US thread and at least talk to people who know nappies, pushchairs, and dummies if you want.
