Hello everyone

I am rubbish, I joined the thread and then disappeared, haven't had much time for MN last week or so.
I'm getting very impatient now, want to go flat hunting but it is apparently too early to be looking for Aug....
Anyone here got any tips on getting 21 month old to brush teeth???!!! Have been trying hand over his on brush, a brush each..list goes on, mainly end in tantrums. Not doing too bad at the mo with plastic grizzly bear and brushing bears teeth at same time but can tell he is already getting bored of this.

luckily, we havent had much of a problem brushing dd's teeth. She likes to do it herself but I do it first properly.

Hello Kay Welcome to the thread

Muffins, Ben couldn't be bothered to do his own teeth, he still only really faffs with them (and he's 3 at the end of July) so i do the same as Knickers and give them a really good brush, then let him do them himself, until he starts brushing the walls, then i remove the toothbrush As long as they get done i don't think you have to worry too much. If Ben's still faffing by the time he's 15 i'll panic I could do with that in the night garden episode where the tombliboos brush their teeth being on at the same time as i do Bens, he shows an interest then. Reminds me though, i must register him with a dentist!

Did everyone have a good Easter? We went to Cannon hall on Monday, and i'm glad we went early, it got packed as we were leaving.

Mini munchkin is getting crabby and trying to eat his fist, so much for trying to have a nosy on here!

We went for a carvery on Sunday for mil's birthday. Then went for a couple of drinks cos dd stays at theirs every Sunday

Hiccy, is ds2 being weaned yet? I've started weaning ds on puree's and the fat little begger is having 3 meals a day + loads of feeds from me a day too. First time I've weaned properly using puree's too. Hoping to do blw in a few weeks.

Anyone fancy a meet any time soon?

No i haven't started weaning yet Knickers, Luke's only just 4 months. We're going away at the end of June, and we were talking the other day about whether to start weaning before the holiday, or wait till we get back. I suppose we'll find out soon enough when he lets us know

How are your two doing? It only seems like 2 minutes since we were expecting, i can't believe how quick it goes!

What date's your scan Phoenix? Are you feeling okay now?

I know what you mean, ds is, what, 5 1/2 months (I think) again! DD is two in 4 months too eek.

How is ds's eating habits now? Better I hope.

God i can remember carrying her around Cheeky monkeys when i first met you and she was just a tiddler! She can't be nearly two!

He's eating a bit better now, i think he's just a fussy little eater that can't really be bothered with food. So i'm still shoving bits in now and again, but at least now there's some stuff he'll actually pick at himself. I'm doing it so differently with mini munchkin, hopefully he'll be better. I've learnt to definately be more relaxed with it all, stressing doesn't help

Yes i will do Hiccy. I'm finding it hard to keep my mouth shut in RL that we (possibly) know the baby's sex so i def won't keep it quiet on here
