Thought i would start a new one as the old was was too long and took me ages to catch up if i had been away.

So how are you all?? how was alls weekend?? I had a great one went to the Vitality show bloody fab.

HI all will,have to let you know about 27th as that is dh day off and he likes to spend it as quality time with dd when she gets back from nursery as he works most weekends.

Or shall i bring him along mmmmmm no just incase you spill the beans on what i have said on here ha

what about organising 1 meeting on wed 27th and one on the first friday in may? also, gunnersbury is quite nice with ducks etc, swings and lots more. maybe we could organise a big meet up there too? over to you guys!

well not true! it's quality time with our kid(s) and meeting up other mums in the same situation is hugely important and remind us that we are normal after all...when we hear other mums laugh, moan about their lot, ie have good days and bad days. so i'd say we just have a different social life that's all...
saying all that...i could kill for a girlie night out and have G&Ts with loads of ice and lemon!!! yum yum ...

assuming the weather is good, should be able to make walpole park next week and would love to meet in gunnersbury park although not a friday as dd is in nursery and I don't have her!

N- Walpole park is in Ealing Broadway - just south of the Broadway between Mattock Lane and St Mary's Road.

glad to hear it yingers74! re meeting in parks we all seem to talk mon to fri but there are also sat and sun; i take baby to park every day even if it is just 1 hr. quite happy to meet on sat am whenever!

Oh mrs of course i will come along for the chin wag..... then go shopping mmmmmm yes. Ok Friday pms are good for me too so what have we arranged??Is the 1st Friday in may the 6th may????? only thats my bday i will be .............................. and am going for a a hair do and facial.

Ok night out what are saying: Fridays or Saturdays? then how soon and where?

nanou I think we usually talk Mon-Fri as we're home with the kids whilst partners are at work, so need other grown ups for our sanity

Weekends it's family time I guess... though dh probably would appreciate the odd Sat or Sun where he's got some peace and quiet

Ok listen to this...
My dd is sitting at dinner chatting away and then says that a child in her nursery (quite naughty) was put in the TV CUPBOARD today, i asked her what happens to the naughty childrenand she says they go in the tv Cupboard.

So i have said to her well i will speak to your teacher tomorrow thinking if she is lieing she will say no coz you know what kids are like, but she said yes mama coz he just cried??? arhhhh

slink - let us know what the teacher says, do they seriously shove childen into a cupboard? I hope not. Perhaps the cupboard is actually a room?

cannot do friday for night out as dh is out drinking with colleagues, so saturday? Can't bear chicken at the mo so pizza better for me although it could all change by the end of the month!!

is next wed the walpole outing, what time and how long are people saying, i won't be able to get there until about 4pm, is that too late? i might also take dd for dinner at bella pasta or cafe uno to save me rushing home.

Well the cupboard incident was a........lie. I chatted to dd today before school and she said no mama i was only joking naughty children have to sit in the corner... so then had to explain the importance of lieing as i was about to speak to the teacher... over active imagination... should i be worried.

Ok 29th It gets very busy so i will book a table soneed to know numbers, by wednesday. and we are meeting at 7pm ???? is that ok?? or 7.30pm
