Devon/Cornwall meet up anyone?

Is anyone interested in meeting up in Devon/Cornwall or somewhere in between? I'm thinking of Exeter/Plymouth or somewhere nearby.

I could do exeter sometime in the future- but not whilst I am a taxi driver for ds1 (he does 2 and a hlaf hours at school, home for lunch then nursery in the afternoon). He's in nursery all day on Fridays so that would be a possibility - although I think they will start to extend his school hours fairly soon (new LSA starts in Jan so it depends how long she takes to get settled in).

Used to go to school in Exeter many years ago so can find my way around there.

Apparently there's a god coffee shop in Endsleigh.

I'd prefer to meet during the day as well- it's easier. Evenings are too hectic.

DH works (mostly) in Plymouth and DS was skiing there after school yesterday. Small world!

Just seen another thread. We sometimes have tayto crisps in this house (dh is N irish)

Tayto never lasts very long in ours! Or kimberley biscuits mmmmmmmmm!

Went to Endsleigh today. Was with ds1 which was a mistake- am happy to meet there sometime with ds2 - so when ds1 ia at school or nursery. I will be going sometime this week- if anyone wants to grab a quick coffee.

It was heaving- which was the mistake. Luckily we could get a trolley- ds1 wouldn't let me queue though.

Normally Friday's are good for me- but this week I have a carpet going down and a new bed being delivered. It might have to be in the New Year. I am seriously behind in organising xmas stuff. Might be able to make Wed or Thu afternoon- providing we have finished decorating ds2's room (where the carpet is heading!). We should finish it tomorrow.

Just realised- that will go to my old address which I've binned as I was getting so much porn and spam on it (about 150 messages a day- it was ridiculous). I'll change my details with mumsnet and then I'll email you.

I haven't got the car on Wed., but could walk down if the weather's good. Thursday would probably be ok too, but we are going to a Christmas do at Elfordleigh in the evening and I've got to do something about my hair either Wed. or Thu. !!

Did this meet up ever happen? I haven't been a MNetter long and would love to be in contact with others from my area. I live in Saltash with DH and DS - 8 months.

Hi WK - we've 'met' before (something to do with Argos!!!) Yeah I'll travel halfway to Falmouth, not sure where that would be.
