Hi all,

Just wanting to know if any mums in the lancs area for chats and possible meetups.

Why dont you meet at Guys Court/Owd Nells and have lunch. It is on the canal and you can feed the ducks and is a really nice place and the food is great and child friendly.

That is my suggestion and I wont even be there!!

good idea Collision...although I probably won't have my two with me as they're both at school now.

Owd Nells....remember the tankard of prawns they used to serve there!

williamsons park is lovely it has a butterfly house, a cafe, a small play area and is also near the local factory outlet with a kiddies soft play area and a shop for the ladies with loadsa goodies at bargain prices!!!!!

It is easy from the A6,

If you follow in to lancaster through galgate and past the Uni keep going and you will come to booths, turn right at the traffic lights and you will see the signs for williamsons park and leisure park. It is basically one road with two turn offs.

i only have tomorrow off (probably short notice for you!) and then i am working 2 full weeks as boss is away and then i am able to meet whenever.

have an appointment in the morning so would only be able to stay for a very short time. Probably best arranging something for later on. I'm generally free any weekday except Friday so whichever is most convenient for you.

May be arrange for Tuesday the 26th if you like.

Weather may be a bit nicer by then and gives plenty of notice for any other mums wanting to join us.

Cheers that would be great,i come on mumsnet every day since i have found there is support out there after all!!!
Anyway shall keep posting to make further arrangements and plan our BIG ADVENTURE!!!!!!!!
So the more people that want to come the better shall make it a fab day for the mummies and kiddies to.

I work Tues, Wed, Thurs, so sorry wouldn't be able to make the 26th. Maybe next time, will keep a watch on this.
