Do we fancy an evening meet-up ? Shall we try a daytime one too, or will that be difficult with different kiddie ages ?

Yes another meetup - don't care, I just want to be well for the next one!

Different kiddies ages could get complicated - also it could get difficult for Worcestershireites who work during the day? Not ruling it out, but venue could get convoluted...

NomDePlume · 21/03/2005 14:28

It could be a pain for Gumdrop & Ailsa (who I knwo both wotk f/t outside the home). We could do a kiddies/toddlers daytime meet-up and a grown-ups evening one ?

Putting my vote in for the gorgeous Swan @ Whittington for the girlies night out, food is delicious. We will have to book a table there though.

I'm not too far from Worcester but probably too far for an evening meet. Happy to meet during the day with dd though
Hi NDP, from previous thread. Sorry you got involved

Hayls · 21/03/2005 14:31

Oh, my dd is 14 months

NomDePlume · 21/03/2005 14:32

Not at all Hayls . I sent you a CAT, hope that's ok ?

OP posts:
NomDePlume · 21/03/2005 14:33

Is DD walking/confident crawler, Hayls ?

OP posts:
Hayls · 21/03/2005 14:33

Yep, that's fine thanks

Hayls · 21/03/2005 14:34

dd is a fairly confident walker

NomDePlume · 21/03/2005 14:35

Great . Am I right in thinking you're out Stourport/bridge way ? I always get those 2 confused

PLEASE ADD YOUR CHILD'S AGE

No, I'm in Glouceser, which I think is only about 30 miles? I've never been to Worcester so would need very precise directions...

NomDePlume · 21/03/2005 14:37

Easy peasy. Just come straight up the M5

OP posts:
NomDePlume · 21/03/2005 14:37

Should only take about 25 mins.

OP posts:
GeorginaA · 21/03/2005 14:44

I vote Swan @ Whittington too ... definitely up for a foodie meet - only just getting my appetite back after a bout of nasty tonsillitis and need feeding up

Kids ages: Ds1 3yr 10mths, Ds2 10mths.

Hayls · 21/03/2005 17:01

Well if it's only 25 mins maybe I could do an evening...
Is very tempting!

NomDePlume · 21/03/2005 18:18

Swan @ Whittington is directly off J7 M5. DH says it's only 3 junctions, really straightforward once you get on the M5 , food is great and company will be sparkling

Abso-bloody-lutely. A shared cab from the Villages (me, Socci & Georgina) would be cheap as chips (and I could drink )

OP posts:
NomDePlume · 21/03/2005 18:28

Of course anyone else wanting to share the cab is more than welcome

Best April dates then please ladies....

I'm pretty flexible, can probably make most dates. Ideally it'd be a Friday night, to make it easier on those who might otherwise have to work the next day .

OP posts:
Hayls · 21/03/2005 19:16

End of April is best for me as dh is working away atm so I woud have nobody to look after dd. He's due back on the 18th but please don't let me stop you meeting up before then
I would probably join the M5 at Junction 11 so that wouldn't be too far for me at all.

GeorginaA · 21/03/2005 19:22

The only Friday night I can't make is the 15th - other than that, I'm easy...
