Doodle have Waxy's just rang you on your mobile? They rang me and asked for you lol I told them who I was and that I could deal with it but she said she was going to try your mobile.

whoops · 26/11/2008 11:31

Arrghhh!
I'm having a real nightmare with what to wear!
I ordered 2 tops from next but not sure what is going on with them as I can seem to cover part of my bra with them (I have to wear a bra or my norks would be at my knees rather than my waist
I can see my self running round Manchester on Saturday afternoon trying to find something!

ledodgy · 26/11/2008 11:32

What sie are you whoops? I have a few nice tops that will go with trousers.

whoops · 26/11/2008 11:41

I'm a 20 on top

ledodgy · 26/11/2008 12:42

I'll have a look.

whoops · 26/11/2008 12:51

Thanks
I think I'll bring a selection with me plus some tape to try and keep the top in place!
I def won't be wearing a dress now (had slightly thought of that or a skirt) as I now have a huuuuge bruise on my calf muscle from a hockey ball last night!

ToThrottleablackbird · 26/11/2008 12:58

Ouch.

ledodgy · 26/11/2008 13:26

I just looked and haven't got any tops suitable for a night out iyswim most are just plain black t shirt type things you can have those anyway if you like? What size bottoms are you only I have a few pairs of dorothy perkins and new look jeans in a size 18 that you can have if you want?

ToThrottleablackbird · 26/11/2008 13:34

Oh god, I still have to go shopping on Friday for a shrug and boots.....really not looking forward to it.

Is everyone else more organised?

OP posts:
ToThrottleablackbird · 26/11/2008 13:35

Pan, have you gotten through to them yet?

OP posts:
whoops · 26/11/2008 13:39

Don't worry Ledodgy I should be fine with what I have! you may have to help me decided while we're getting ready though!!

ledodgy · 26/11/2008 13:40

Of course I'll help you. I meant you can have the jeans anyway not for the night out there in my drawer taking up space so if someone can use them...

ledodgy · 26/11/2008 13:41

God it's going to be so nice getting ready without any interuptions from children etc. A nie glass or two at wine, a gossip, getting ready with friends. I haven't done that for years!

whoops · 26/11/2008 13:42

Ah ok! I'm a size 20 on the bottom too really must lose weight again!
I have a bottle of wine ready to bring too!

ledodgy · 26/11/2008 13:42

*of wine not at wine and my 'c' is at it again. It's going to be my trademark on here soon Leoddgy the one with the dodgy C in fact I should change my name to Cdodgy!

Doodle2U · 26/11/2008 13:44

S'pose I should really go and see if I can fit into this dress, then! It's two years old vintage, don't you know! Goes with my vintage shoes and bag. Nowt new for me, I'm afraid.

lulumama · 26/11/2008 14:12

ToThrottleablackbird · 26/11/2008 14:17

Do you know anyone with a trustworthy teenager Lulu?

OP posts:
ledodgy · 26/11/2008 14:17

Oh No Lulu! Is there no-one else you can think of? Is your dh working?

lulumama · 26/11/2008 14:18

have a couple of possibilities left, but am not hopeful. DH is out himself at a big charity shin dig.. usually schneebly is my fall back baby sitter, but as she is coming with, it is a bit difficult

everyone is busier as it is running up to xmas

trustworthy teenagers all at uni now.

ledodgy · 26/11/2008 14:19

would you use somethignlike this, the rates are reasonable?

whoops · 26/11/2008 14:20

Lulu Nooooooo!
When do teenagers break up from uni? Must be soon surely!

lulumama · 26/11/2008 14:22

have looked at that, it is not reasonable !! i joined up and it is £4 booking fee, £5 per hour and more after midnight. so best part of £50 all in, which is just unfeasible

ledodgy · 26/11/2008 14:26

Oh I only read the first bit about it being 12.50 a month for the first 3 months and assumed you could use it once and cenel.
