I gave up several years ago - have you tried the 86 bites a day diet? I can cram hell of alot in 86 bites and wine doesnt really count anyway as you dont use your teeth

Sparkler, you just eat whatever you like but dont exceed 86 mouthfuls in one day - all to do with portion control. As I said, I can cram hell of alot in my mouth!!!
