Evening drinks at Canary Wharf (12 or 19 September)?

at the last mumsnet lunch-at-CW we agreed (I think) that some evening drinks would be in order

SO

since I'm leaving the wharf at end September, how about Friday 12th or Friday 19th? (Or some other date, I am selfishly suggesting Friday as it's easier for me to get DH to come home on time and cover childcare.)

Well, I meant to SAY, Squiffy, that you were the one I wanted most to meet, but I didn't want them to get jealous. Y'know?

nope, not at all. you just have to be prepared to suffer the journey on the dlr and jubilee line! the more the merrier! not everyone is a [boring] city worker afaik (at least hope not).

haven't thought as far as food - thought we could just do drinks and then head to wagamamas or gourmet burger kitchen if hungry (shouldn't be too busy on a friday night, thursday is usually busier). will start a new thread with proper date in the header when I get back to work on weds.
