New mums near Hemel Hempstead?

Just wondering if anyone fancied meeting up.

I live just outside Hemel and have a 5WO DS...

Just looking to meet some new mums in the area and maybe join a mums and babies group...

My local Mums and Toddlers doesn't accept kids younger than 6months old!!

I dunno I live in rickmansworth and believe that chesham is quite close according to tube lines. Hemel for me is about an hour on the bus, but quite doable as it's door to door.

Chesham is near Amersham, kinda halfway between Hemel and Aylesbury down the A41.

Can be a bit of a nightmare to get to on the Tube as you need to change at Chalfont and Latimer, but if you should find yourself in town on a Wednesday or Thursday then i'd love to meet up for a coffee!

Well I think theres a bus too, if anyone wants to organise anything???

What days can people do?

What town is easiest - Hemel, Watford, Berkhamstead? Any of the smaller ones?

Can get to any of them myself cos I drive

Ok I can do any evening and weekends so happy for evening out sometime or host one if its easier! (dont want to sound too desparate) or a weekend picnic at Wendover Woods.

Was in Chesham the other day. It is a barren place as far as fireman's outfits for 6yr olds are concerned!

Dd's class had an end of year picnic in Wendover Woods the other week - we hired one of the BBQ areas. Great fun.
