West Yorks/South Yorks Meet up.

There is one on tuesday at 1pm Cheeky Monkeys at Wakefield although I know a few of you can't make it so shall we go for another date?

I thought if people put down what day of the week is best for them then we know what to go for.

If we did I might have to be mega cheeky and see if someone would be mega kind and give me a lift home
DH hates driving to M'hall. He'll take me there but I don't think he'd wear going back again!

I am sure I can manage a Friday at Meadowhall Can look for new stuff for my house!

Err, never been to Meadowhall with ds's for pleasure. Do you really all go shopping with your children? Don't they lose it after about four nanoseconds? Or am I missing some really child-centred feature of Meadowhall? Do tell.

DD quite likes shopping. And at Meadowhall we tend to go when not so busy (term time, week day), spend a bit of time at the Little Tykes play area, have a cafe break, and visit ELC. She is normally pretty happy then

Do admit ds's will spend hours in ELC playing with the trains, shop assistants very patient with us.

All free too And not generally too busy during term time. Two parts too - one for little ones - very badded! And a bigger section.

Is that the creche area next to the pub?

A trip to the bear factory also works but you can't really get out of there without spending any cash!

No, different place - not the chreche.

Little Tykes play area is the opposite end - near Argos and Boots It is int he middle of the ailse down theere, and parents have to supervise - from outside of area.
