Anorak - I am planning to come - the only prob is that dh works away and is flying back on Thursday night - if he is delayed I may not make it. I will text kayleigh if this happens. Hope that is OK - if not and you need exact numbers thne you may count me out. Thanks

anorak, will keep bumping for you as I'm home all day. I have a really bad sore throat so didn't go to work today - but am keeping warm and dosing myself up with hot lemon and honey to make sure i'm ok for tomorrow night. I know my priorities

I have two sick children at home. In fact everyone else but me in this house has been suffering.

They should eat garlic every day like I do! I may be smelly, but I rarely get ill!

Karen has just emailed definitely yes. Christie is at work but when I saw her on Saturday she was still up for it.

So it looks like me, Kayleigh, Daisydoolittle, melsy, karen and Christie plus poss Grommit.

Knowing the Fox & Hounds they will reserve 6 tables to make sure they can fit all the plates on!

And may I point out that at no point have I been cross, wound up or in any way upset about this!! just Kayleigh stirring things up again

Karen, it's the road that joins the other end of Smug Oak Lane. You can actually see the turning from the pub. I did post a link to a map a few posts back.

I have booked for 8 but don't panic if you are late Grommit (or anyone) - it's a pub, not a restaurant. We took a walk down there last night to warn them about tonight and Christine (owner and chef) seemed very pleased that 6 - 7 of us wanted to eat there. They haven't been there very long and word is still spreading about the food.

Hi Anorak, yes, had a look at the map but it was zoomed out too much for some reason so I just retyped in the station and it came up for me. Will be using the GPS again tonight, but I'm sure I'll remember the way.

Anyone into cars? I really need some advice on something the next size up to ours.. all of a sudden it's become too small for trips out of London...
