Oxford area for the documentary

Have just spoken to the guy who wants to do the MN documentary, as part of it he wants to film a meet-up next week, either 18/19/20th.
Come on ladies! Someone must want to do it.

I'm not quite sure what they expect tbh, he just said he'd like to be able tospeak to a few people and have them meeting as well, to show MN works in RL as well as online iyswim.

I want to do the film because he asked me what I love about MN and I rambled on about VBAC/CS/VB/birth trauma etc and breastfeeding, would be nice if some people saw it and got on here to get themselves clued up and supported.
I doubt I'd tell a single person in RL I was doing it thoguh

Think I prob would do it VS just need safety in numbers! Have you tried posting this on the Oxford local board? Not v. active though. I know a couple of people in RL who are in Oxford and on MN so I can ask them too.

Were you thinking day or evening?

I can do either tbh.
Evening would be nice as it meant we got a break from the kids, but I can do daytime too.
I'll post on local now, but no-one ever seems to be there!

20th, as in next Thurs, evening is better for me, as would have 2 little boys during the day. Afternoon rather than morning and either 18 or 19 OK. Not that I'm awkward!
Where does he want to meet?

He hasn't said, basically I needed to get a few people together and call him back, I think it's up to us where we meet.
Somewhere kid friendly if we're going to have them with us obviously!

I am near to Oxford, and am always up for a meet up and chat. I can do daytime on the 19th or 20th.

I can do evenings and the 18th but only bits of the 19th or 20th in the day. Will have 8 mo in tow in day.

The guy is ringing me back in about an hour so I'll know mroe then.

City centre is best for me too, I have an appointment at the JR in the morning, then into town would work great.
I'll have my 3yo with me, you're bringing your LO too arent you?

I can do 18th about 1ish, with or without 1yr old as I think Dh is off on Tues, but I may leave him to get on with tidying the spare room!

I just spoke to matan (the producer) he needs your email details so he can just confirm everyone is happy to be filmed.
If people that can make it tuesday lunchtime can email me ay fan-fkn-tastic @ hotmail .co .uk (no spaces) I'll forward everyones details at once.

Just need to think of somewhere child friendly now!

Just my luck, it's the worst day of my week! I would only be able to make it after 2pm, as dd2 has a hearing test at 1.45.

Pity, it was bound to be the way that we all wouldnt be able to make it at the same time
We'll have to arrange another meeting a bit further in advance whilst we all still have clear diaries!
