It was lovely to see annietwin, minkey and keren yesterday at Highbury Fields. Sorry I was so late, again and that I hardly got to talk to minkey & keren!

Minkey you said you'd try to turn up at Highbury Fields 2 O'Clock Club on Thursdays as a regular thing, which sounds like it could be a good idea for the whole lot of us - is Thu a good day for everyone else?

Keep posting and watching here, Kate - maybe even start a new thread as the title of this one is a bit misleading? Then what I did before was contact the people I was meeting via 'contact another talker' (CAT) above, and give them a brief description of myself and DD. We also exchanged mobile no's in case of last-minute problems.

If in any doubt you can always CAT me

Have fun

Hello - I'm also in Islington & would love to meet up. Are you still meeting on thursday (the only day I work in the office ) but I can't tell from the discussion if you've changed the day??

I take the opportunity to spread the word about the new Breasfeeding Support Group starting in Islington this week?

Where? Holloway Parent Centre 38 Mayton Street (back of Nag's Head Shopping Centre on Holloway Road)

When? Every Monday 1.30pm-3.30pm

Who? Any mum who lives in Islington breastfeeding or thinking about breastfeeding. A lactation consultant will be there to answer any question about breastfeeding, weaning, working & breastfeeding, anything really!

You can also just come to have a cup of tea with other breastfeeding mums. There is a (small) play area so sibblings also welcome!

We all look forward to see you there!

Hello, I have disappeared from mumsnet and any meet-ups for a few weeks as I went back home (Germany) for Christmas and only got back at the weekend. I would love to meet up again, can't make next week but would be free the week after. I think we have changed it to Wednesday afternoons but were quite flexible. Just can't make Thursdays. Zinger is right, we should start a new thread as this one is a bit confusing...
Will be in touch next week
