Any ideas for groups in sidcup/bexleyheath/swanley areas

I have a 2.5 yr old dd and a 6 month old dd, and have found the usual mother and toddler groups with children whizzing about on ride-ons and tumbletots types with climbing are incompatible for both of them, especially now dd2 is crawling. Any ideas of any groups, maybe a musical one or something that I could go to (can't do Thursdays as DD1 goes to nursery)?

Hi michellep - I've been to music-based baby and toddler group in Bexley, St. John's Church. I'm off to find the details - can't remember which days it is on. There was half an hour of singing with actions etc and then a cuppa and some general toddler time. I thought it was a good well run group but my DS (then 2) wasn't keen as he would rather lay on the floor and play with his cars!! I'll find the info and post again.

Opening Times: Thursdays 1 - 2.30, Mondays 10.- 11.30
Cost £2.50 (50p extra for siblings over one year old)

Thanks KBear. There used to be a music one in Bexleyheath at Gedes Place Church which was very good, run by an absolute loonatic with tonnes of red frizzy hair (she was brilliant), but I don't know if she's there anymore. I may check out the Monday one (DD1 goes to nursery on Thursdays). Thanks again.
