Hiya girlies - fancy it?

Have been looking at place with meal and dancin, buuuuttt...for that date most are booked up and or £50/60 p/p.

What I thought is we could meet for a 2pm ish lunch somewhere then continue into eve OR book an eve meal somewhere and start then. Those of us that want can go for a boogie if we are still standing. What's the general opinion?

Either way, wherever I choose, deposits will have to be paid fairly soon.

Your thoughts laydeeez pleeeaase.. x

I'm now sneezing every two seconds.
Also it has been announced that MIL is arriving for a visit tomorrow and messy houses have dire consequences on her health she tells me.

Anyway I'll cut the excuses and come clean. I can't come today. I'm so sorry. It's been a year since my last MN meet but once again I'm going to have to duck out.

If it helpls at all, it's not just MN meets I squirm out of, it's everything which is social apart from coffee while the kids play. Realisitically there's just too much to do while they're all so young still and dh is here one day gone the next.

Next time ... ?

Have a good one girls. Happy Christmas.

I hope your dd is ok too polly and by the way, many congratulations on number 5. I'm inspired.

MegaLegs · 15/12/2007 11:29

Oh No, we are falling like flies. I'm sorry but I won't be coming either. I am full of cold, it's not nice and I don't want you lot to get it before Christmas.

Mabs - thank you so much for organising it. DH is taking the boys out and I am going to bed. xxx

'Twas nice to meet you too! Quite a novelty to be childfree on a Saturday afternoon for me. Have a great Christmas.

You should have come along with us and added another hangover to your collection. Still, there's always next time.
