I can do the 28th/29th Feb evenings and am around during half term. I haven't heard about this new soft play in Newton Abbot; fennel, do you know what age it goes up to? I have a 9 year old to accommodate - eek!

It says up to age 12. Though it's hard to tell from the pictures how big it is.

Any interest in the Newton Abbott soft play at half term? Good times for me are Monday 18, or the afternoon of Thurs 21, or perhaps Fri 22.

I can do any of those dates. I found a couple of pictures of it in Primary Times, and it looked like it might be good for the older ones too. The people who run it have children up to age 13 so presumably they have a good idea of what's needed.

How about next Monday 18 morning or midday then (I have to come back around 3)?

I can do Monday at midday - I will only have boys with me though as dd is out with a friend for the day. I expect I'll have had enough by 3!

I may have 5 under 8s with me - sometimes I get childminder rates at these places!

It's the price for getting other people to look after my children on other days next week. In return for a few hours on Monday I get 2 days of childcare plus an evening/overnight childcare. Bargain.

Lupins - are you north or south of Tavistock? We're in Plymouth, but go up Tavistock way occasionally for a walk on Dartmoor. Keep meaning to go to the National Trust place out that way too.
