I'd like to join you one day as well as I spend a lot of time up in the City although I don't actually work there. Couldn't make today (going to see Lord of the Rings at the theatre), but hope you have a great time.

I know Mumpbump as I've met her a few times before. Mumpbump - please post on our usual thread if you are reading this. We've got a meet up next week.

Firewalker · 22/11/2007 10:38

Oooops - meant to say I'd like to join if anyone doesn't mind a newbie!!

Novembergirl · 22/11/2007 11:07

...so sorry for the very, very late response but is there any chance (pretty please) you could squeeze another person in!

SquiffyonSnowballs · 22/11/2007 11:35

Novembergirl - take my place. Markets very volatile so I have been roped into a 1.30pm conference call which I can't get out of.

Sorry everyone - will hopefully meet many of you at the xmas party.

Dinosaur · 22/11/2007 11:52

Will pop along but may have to make fairly speedy exit! (nothing to do with market volatility)

hoxtonchick · 22/11/2007 12:36

really sorry, dd & i are having rather a tough day & would be crap company. and frogs' ds is off school. so i'm afraid none of us are coming. hope you all have a lovely time.

Dinosaur · 22/11/2007 12:37

Kewcumber · 22/11/2007 12:48

central line and DLR - I was lucky with the connections!

Kewcumber · 22/11/2007 22:19

lovely to see everyone and particularly lovely to see (not that I have favorites or anything) the delicious Roro...

RoRoMommy · 24/11/2007 22:52

It was wonderful to meet all of you, and Roro certainly loved all of the attention from the ladies! Unfortunately he is going to have to stay at home next time though because I don't feel like I was able to have a proper chat with any of you! See you next time, for sure.

We stayed here earlier in the year, with a 1 and 2 year old and it was wonderful. SO child friendly, highchairs, stair gates, bed guards, booster seats, steps to get to the sinks/loos etc. Lovely people, highly recommended and a fabulous area. book early though, they get booked up so quickly. Plus...get one of the cottages with a hot tub. BLISS!
