Well girlies?

Can do the 8th or 9th

fisil · 23/09/2004 07:16

8th not great for me either. We've invited my parents for the w/end to tell them, and then we're going to try and beg them to take ds off for the day so that we can chill. Don't think rushing off out would support our case!

Kaz33 · 23/09/2004 08:55

Can I come too please ? Either 8th or 9th good for me.

willow2 · 24/09/2004 10:56

Everyone is welcome. I can do the 8th and am now busy recruiting for that date.

OP posts:
willow2 · 28/09/2004 11:27

Well, are we going out or what?

OP posts:
Earlybird · 28/09/2004 11:57

I'm still interested. Just need to get a date finalised so I can sort out a sitter.....slightly prefer 8th, but 9th could be made to work too..

aloha · 28/09/2004 14:40

When? When?

willow2 · 28/09/2004 17:26

I'm thinking the 8th?

OP posts:
SofiaAmes · 28/09/2004 22:25

yes i'm up for it, but please, can we do a non-smoking section somewhere!

CountessDracula · 28/09/2004 23:04

8th no good for me

9th still poss but MIL is not too well so may have to go and see her then instead

Heathcliffscathy · 29/09/2004 10:30

how bout 15th people???

Earlybird · 29/09/2004 11:10

Yep, 15th fine for me too. My nearly non-existent social life means most any date is fine!

CountessDracula · 29/09/2004 11:14

Sorry don't do fridays, am too knackered to go out then. You all go for it though

Earlybird · 29/09/2004 11:32

CD - does that mean you prefer a Saturday? Would a weeknight work too?

CountessDracula · 29/09/2004 11:44

weeknight ok, I just looooove staying in on Fridays and getting an early night, sets me up for weekend

willow2 · 29/09/2004 12:30

Ok, let's re-think this then. CD, you're saying the 15th?

OP posts:
CountessDracula · 29/09/2004 12:39

No, I don't want to go out on a friday!

Heathcliffscathy · 29/09/2004 13:44

thurs is the beginning of the weekend???

SofiaAmes · 29/09/2004 14:07

You are all doing my head in. How about the 9th or the 16th. (CD I think you said earlier in the thread that you couldn't do the 16th, is that still the case?).

willow2 · 29/09/2004 15:53

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaRGH

OP posts:
fisil · 29/09/2004 16:03

16th I can do.

Are we trying to organise a p*ss up in a brewery here? Have to say, we're doing pretty well!

Second the non-smoking bit - makes me heave!

Kaz33 · 30/09/2004 21:39

9th, 15th or 16th all ok

muminlondon · 03/10/2004 21:39

Um, I've read this thread again and this is the situation:

CD - Saturdays best not Fridays, 16th and 23rd are out, and 9th probably also by now
fisil - 9th no good, though could do 16th
willow2 - 9th no good

What about Saturday 30th? It's some time away and a long shot but it may just work...

willow2 · 03/10/2004 22:22

30th is not good. It's my birthday - well the Saturday after - so will be out on the lash somewhere with dh and no doubt some other couples. (Which all sounds rather boring really, but will no doubt be an alcohol fuelled frenzy of some sort.)

I am distraught by the way. Someone else has got my name. I fear it will only cause confusion. I do not know if WillowF knows how to whack people with bricks.

God you lot know how to make things complicated don't you!!!

I suggest (for someone who is not in SW London- but was once) that Willow2 names a date + place.. and goes regardless of everyone else.. (wearing a MN thong as identification)

(I may even turn up...for a laugh or 2!)

Well everyone else in the pub/restaurant is bound to have a good time willow2!!
