OP posts:
jamiesam · 18/10/2004 22:40

Hi
Yes, dh all booked for babysitting. Looking forward to meeting you all.
Now, do I carry the times or wear a red rose?

katzguk · 19/10/2004 13:17

we could meet somewhere first - where would you suggest hulababy?

OP posts:
Hulababy · 19/10/2004 16:49

Katzguk - yes, I might have actually. If they give me one. Not sure if it is only given on first visit to salo. Mmmm.

Hulababy · 19/10/2004 16:51

Where to meet first?

Well, under West One - next to where the Spa is - there's Revolution or the coffee bar, or the bar area in Iguanas.

The Spa is in a block with a Wetherspoons bar round the front. Not as nice as the West One places though.

Or the Spa has a snall waiting area at reception with a couple of chairs in.

jamiesam - my photo is on the moderator's page to help you out.

katzguk · 20/10/2004 11:00

think you get a voucher every time you spend more £40!!!

coffee place sounds good but bar okay too.

Think I might struggle to meet you much before 6. Probably easier to say I'll meet you at the reception area.

Anyone still thinking of a drink afterwards as well? Will bow to your greater knowledge of Sheffield City Centre Hulababy.

Just off to visit the moderators page.

jamiesam · 20/10/2004 14:18

Lovely picture Hulababy.

And an expert in education. (Well, teacher AND moderator...) I have a million questions and will try not to monopolise...

Hulababy · 20/10/2004 17:55

LOL jamiesam - not so sure about the expert. have you read my Y9 Class from hell thread. LOL!!!

I will check what time the coffee shop is open too. Sure it's open after 6 though. It makes a very yummy latte, and a fab hot chocolate too. Oh, and smoothies, milkshakes, etc. too. Not cheap though I should warn you.

Katzguk - I'll make sure I sepnd plenty on my hair then just to make sure!

WedgiesMum · 24/10/2004 16:53

Just caught up - yes am coming! Sorry, been very busy!!! And very tired.....

Won't make it before 6 as DH won't be able to look after kids until about then anyway. Will meet you in the Reception area - is this ok??

Hulababy · 30/10/2004 18:32

WM - there's a car park right next to the Spa. Just off Cavendish Street - opposite my apartments. Let me know if you need directions.

Glad to see this is still on

Katzguk - how are you doing?

katzguk · 07/11/2004 11:24

I'm keeping my fingers crossed, have been very ill with mroning sickness but the medicine the GP has given is working well, will probably just have to bale on you at about 7.30pm

OP posts:
Hulababy · 07/11/2004 16:37

Hi Katzguk
Yes, I'm really looking forward to meeting you all. Hope you are feeling better. See you at Spa reception.

Hulababy · 08/11/2004 21:25

I will text WM to remind her. I know she is really busy with this new job and isn't getting online as much right now.

WedgiesMum · 08/11/2004 21:36

Hiya Ladies,

Still planning to come, DH is duly warned that he is on full duty from about 6. Hula is the best place to park on that carpark infornt of yours?? If possible can you give me some directions from A61 as will be coming from home that way so can drop kids with DH. Then how do I get to the Spa from the carpark???

Hulababy · 08/11/2004 21:46

No worries WM. It is the best place to park - and at that time it's free I'll e-mail you directions. May be tomorrow now though if that's okay.

BTW hope you are all well. Not heard from you in what seems like ages!

katzguk · 10/11/2004 12:03
