Well I'm working as well - will you let me off? I told CB I'd have come if my mum and dad were at home (since they only live down the road from the BGs). But they're off gallavanting around the country again in their motorhome - sigh.

I love Southport and I'd really like to come back. But my kind of job doesn't exist over that way sadly. I'd so love my DS to grow up by the beach like I did (note I didn't say the sea lol).

I'm back - my dad is ok. Still in hospital but coming home on Thursday and my mum wanted some space.

I shall be there tomorrow with my sis and her 3 lo's in tow if that is ok?

we are having a meet up tomorrow at botanic gardens in southport at 10.00 am if you fancy it!

ceebee, if you go in through the main gates, then there is a large circular, raised flower bed, that would be a good place i think!

sorry to be a party pooper, but i'm not going to make it tomorrow either , well not really because i'm not coming because i'm spending 'quality time' with my dh. it is our first day off together ever that we can send ds to nursery (sounds awful 'send him to nursery') but i'm sure you understand!

sods law that the only day off we have together is the day a meetup is arranged!

I have spent this afternoon in A&E with dd2.
But xray says nothing broken. Sprained ankle, so one dd hopping!

Wotist - how old are your 2? My sister is concerned that all the children are going to be babies and there will be no-one for her 3 to play with - they are 10, 5 and 4
