Oh very posh, fio! (Don't think you'd see my house on move to the country though!)

Clitheroe is where I am, tinytoes! Some of our shops are expensive too, and we get tourists, though not as many as HB. They filmed some of the Worst Witch at the castle last month, look out for it in next series (flying in and out of hole in side probably).

My next door neighbour is from Tod. They talk funny there.

tinytoes · 06/08/2004 23:23

lilibet · 07/08/2004 11:03

Hello, I'm from Wigan and there are quite a few of us from round here I think, is ff still offline?
Must confess that I don't know where Hebden Bridge is, but it does sound posh but not as posh as Wigan

tinytoes · 07/08/2004 13:47

hello rhiann and lilibet
hebden bridge isnt too posh -well just a bit for yorkshire-funny thing is that its full of southerners which i dont really mind unless they comment on my accent(cheek)
its sort of(or used to be )a little hippy haven though think theres as many yups as hips these days!- nice shops though -(fat purse handy!)
it is a lovely place nice big park / kids play area .theres also a great indoor play centre as well which is a good choice of things to do with kids.
mummytostephen hope i didnt offend you with any of the silly things i said ,i do have an awful habit of putting my huge size 5s right in it-sorry again if i did.
lilibet what is wigan pier all about ive always wondered?

Todmorden is nice though - there's a lovely old fashioned toy shop there isn't there?

tinytoes · 07/08/2004 17:06

hello lisa yes there is but(shamefully) have only been in once last christmas to ask if the man if he wanted to buy a remote control scale model car(a dp whim)which is not an antique toy at all.
would you come to a meet up in hb? do you know hb?

OP posts:
romany4 · 08/08/2004 01:28

Rhiann · 08/08/2004 10:02

Tinytoes, I live near the centre of Rochdale. Quite near Broadfield Park which has advantages and disadvantages as you probably know. I actually teach in Oldham at the 6th form college.

dottee · 08/08/2004 11:32

Rhiann and Tinytoes - my mum lives in Milnrow.

tinytoes · 08/08/2004 12:43
