Right, I'm bored and have just said to PFNM on bettyspaghettis thread that it must be time for another meet-up - whatdahyasay?

I've just checked the calender and they've only gone and put Easter right in the middle! So that leaves us with either 20th April or 27th depending on who's going away etc.

hands up whos interested!

ah, found you!

I can't make the 20th (wedding reception/evening do thingy to go to) but can make the 27th.

sassy · 14/03/2007 14:18

Hiya!

Can't do 20th, 27th looks ok.

Be good to see you!

emmatomATO · 14/03/2007 14:20

Hi, I'm assuming this will be an evening meet?

Does anyone ever do lunch if your children are in school?

Furball · 14/03/2007 14:23

hi emma, no we normally do evening, leave the kids behind, infact they are rarely mentioned apart from funny tales. Very nice to have a 'normal' night out actually.

Do you fancy it? Where abouts are you?

OP posts:
emmatomATO · 14/03/2007 14:24

Yes i do fancy it furball. I go through periods of being sociable and then times when I just can't drag myself out, and at the moment I would enjoy it.

Providing this feeling lasts I would love to come. I'm in a small village 3 miles west of Worcester.

Furball · 14/03/2007 14:27

brilliant! well it looks like it will be the 27th April though that seems like AGES away and it's normally at The Swan at Whittington which is just off junction 7.

OP posts:
emmatomATO · 14/03/2007 14:28

Yes, I did go on a meet there a couple of years ago so I know where it is.

Lovely place and lovely food.

Furball · 15/03/2007 06:46

OP posts:
exbury · 15/03/2007 09:33

Thanks for the hijack, Furball

20th or 27th sound good to me - will need to negotiate childcare nearer the time, though (DH doesn't know that far ahead where he will be)

LilRedWG · 15/03/2007 09:53

Count me in! It'll be my first time, so please be gentle.

BettySpaghetti · 15/03/2007 11:31

Looking forward to meeting some new faces -we'll be gentle with you all honestly .

Milly/Honor - congratulations on your news, although sorry you're having a worrying time of it. I'm sure everyones trying to reassure you but I know what its like waiting and fretting. Just take every day as it comes and come on here and chat/moan/wibble on to your hearts content if it helps

Itsthawooluff · 15/03/2007 11:39

Helloooooo!

Seen it, and was just thinking the other day time for a meetup. April 27th is good for me.

LunarSea · 15/03/2007 13:15

Hi all. 27th? Well who knows - that gives me 5 weeks in theory if junior arrives on time (due next Friday).

Congratulations Milly/Honor - hope it works out for you. If it helps at all, I had some intermittent bleeding up to about 6/7 weeks with this one and it didn't spell the end. Didn't stop me panicing after trying for 4 years/previous Mc's though.

MillyM · 15/03/2007 13:38

Thank you ladies!
Pelvic - sorry I couldn't out myself when speaking to youon previous threads! I was really uncertain about how things were going at the time. Felt very bad not being able to yell "Hi it's me!!"
Will be great to see everyoneagain- I'm looking forward to it!

Furball · 15/03/2007 14:40

have you had your haircut yet?

OP posts:
HonorMatopoeia · 15/03/2007 14:43

Look- I'm fully me again!!
Yes Furball, I've gone for the chop but ended up having a 'Louise Redknap' style bob, shorter at the back than it is at the front but not quite a POB!!

Littlefish · 15/03/2007 15:00

Hellooooooooo

Fantastic - another meet up.

I think 27th is ok for me, but I need to sort out a babysitter as the cricket season will have started, so dh will be out. I'll confirm a bit nearer if that's ok.

Honor, seeing as how you're up the duff, do you fancy driving? (Huge, huge congratulations by the way!) It's my 39th birthday the week before, so I will need to drown my sorrows!
