Near any good school, not too too far out as I work in Bromley and DH works in Croydon. Although we both have transferable jobs.
A village which has a train station which goes to Ravensbourne station so my parents can come up on the train.

We only have about 265k to buy a 3 bed house.

Any ideas, please let me know

Turquoise, we've been here about 9 years now. Moved from near Bromley. To be honest I would much prefer to be near a town. We're not even in a village here and it's a bit quiet for me, though beautiful. Ashford's about 7/8 miles and not that good anyway(!) I also feel a bit left out of the loop - most friends around here are parents of our older children and I don't really fit in with the pre-school brigade any more! I sound really sad, don't I? It's not really that awful!
