Mumsnet Bath meet up

Bron, you said you wanted a new thread so here it is! It's a picnic (with children) in Victoria Park in Bath on Sat 13th July. Star is organising (I think?) and I'm definitely going. We haven't decided yet how we're going to recognise each other...

star, I remember you saying of of course it will be sunny! Have fun. Are you going to take pictures to post on mumsnet?

I really want to come but I'm afraid I can't now due to logistics. I've had this in mind for ages but it is just going to involve too much extra driving. I'll do my best to come to any others, especially if they're in the South West. So sorry, I really hope you have a great time.

Just wanted to say it was lovely to meet you , Star, Sobernow, Enid and Bron. A small but select group! Must do it again with less children a some beers! Dds are now chilling out in front of the Aristocats, Dd1 having had "the biggest play ever!". Thanks again to Star for organising it.

Thanks Star, it was lovely to see everyone and discover that fab park. Dd now being served raw vegetables and fruit to make up for her fantastic lunch of kitkats, icecream and marshmallows. when dp asked her what she had done today, she said 'the little girl gave me a sweetie to take home' - that obviously made a big impression!!
