How about a coffee and chat daytime soon? Fizzbuzz and I met up last week and we are keen to do a bigger meet with some more of us. So Katz, PT, Worz, Hula, and anyone else I have forgotten , do you fancy it, when are you free? Happy to host or we could go to a child freindly cafe.

OK let me get this straight then:

PandaG's house 12noon on the 29th for lunch, do you want us to bring anything? i do a mean keylime pie (Ask PT or Hula!) and DD1 to PT house for lunch with her DS1. Will bring DD2 with me.

Yep - that is right Katz. Keylime pie sounds great. I'll do jacket spuds then, and salad, if one or 2 others want to bring something to go in them, if that is ok with everyone else.

I'll think of something to bring for them. Warn you though - will have to be low fat and veggie fom me.

And I don't mean just a tin of beans

the key lime pie will balance out any fat deficiency!

How about some nice roasted mediterrian type vegetables with some sort of sauce?

slight hijack! i was thinking of having a body shop/pampered chef type party and was wondering if that was something you would be interested in attending as a meet-up, so nice girly evening my house with wine and cake

Not Pampered Chef - all pampered cheffed out, but Body Shop or similar would come if free

cool - happy to just have people round for cake and wine, but a purpose kinda gives it more validity!

PandaG have just checked your house out, it is unbelievably close to me! Ooooh about 100 paces away.

I may have to leave earlyish as dd will NOT sleep in pram, and will get v grizzly without afternoon nap

What's the gasman got to do? I could blithely volunteer dh to bring ds to yours for lunch with your dd1. But only if no technical expertise of any kind is required on his part. You know what he's like.

thanks for the offer purpleturtle but i really need to be here. Our builders have discovered that there is a mains gas pipe in our garden! it should be where it is and they're coming back on moday to hopefully sort it out or to tell us it has to stay.

So i think i will have to bow out now, once the gas board have delivered their verdict we will then have to talk to the council and huilders ect so i don't think i will be able to get away - sorry. Was looking foward to a meet up
