Hello

This is my first time on Mumsnet and we have recently moved to the area from Surrey where I left behind a great bunch of mum friends whom I miss greatly and my DD 16 months misses her baby chums! So we would like to find some more lovely mums and babies to hang out with! We enjoy all the usual activities and I like doing things without the babies too! Hope to hear from you soon.xx

Here is the link. Only one vacancy for my trust but you will find most if not all NHS establishments will offer term time only here

Hello Ladies

Sorry I missed you all - we had no heating last night so it was too cold to come in the room where the computer was as we needed to huddle round the fire! Thank you for all your advice and we are hoping to join two playgroups and a waiting list for swimming so we have made a start! It was great getting all your responses and I hope to chat again soon. I will keep an eye out for any meet ups in Bluewater as it is my favourite place in the whole world! xx

Hi, I've just joined mumsnet and am in Gravesend, Kent. I have an 8 week DS and am looking to get out and about a bit more now I'm getting used to him! Is there anyone out there/ anything going on?

Noidea · 17/01/2007 09:41

Hi Vanessa,
Some of us are meeting up at Bluewater on the 26th. See Bluewater meet-up thread if you're interested. Children have ranged from a few weeks old up to 3 or 4 in the past. Look forward to seeing you perhaps.

Hi

I have a 17 month old DD and we have been to two playgroups/toddler groups this week (first time to both!) First is on Monday 1-2.30 at St Martin's Church on the Erith Road (not far from the top of Long Lane) and the other was in the church hall next to the church in Risedale Road Barnehurst. Both were good £2.00 (per family) and £.120 per child respectively and we hope to go as much as possible. Hope to see you there!

Lynn
