Brent Cross Meetup

Would anyone like to meet for a coffee in Brent Cross one morning? Can't do Wed or Friday though (on those days it would have to be after 1pm)

There seems to be NW London threads and N London threads, it would be great if we could meet in the middle!

me too. I was there almost every week a while back or to go to toysrus.. but need to start saving the pennies now so maybe this many meetups isn't such a good thing!

Just thought I have those signing classes on a Friday so maybe that's not such a good date for me afterall...

Hi Jane313! Looks like there are two definite dates - next Thurs (27th) at 2pm and June 21st at 10:30am. We're thinking of meeting by the coffee island by Waitrose. Let me know if you can make one of these so we can look out for you

I should be able to make this thursday. I'm not sure where that coffee stand is but I'm quite good at finding stuff. I'll be with my son who is 11 months.

Jane313 - my ds has just turned 11mo too! They will have lots to talk about

If you go to the brent cross website and click on Store Finder on the left you'll see BB's coffee & muffins in Mall 4, Upper Mall, next to Waitrose. There's lots of room for pushchairs there. We can move on if we prefer once we've met.

I'm not coming. Meeting Maomao, Chicpea and new MNer whose name I've forgotten in local playground. BX for me would be DD-free anyway, just to meet mums only! May be going to BX soon to hit Hennes so will post on the off chance anyone wants a cuppa. Have a good time.

Boo hoo, can't at the moment Kayl. Mornings no good as DD sleeps and don't have slave in on a Monday May get her that day though as I have to go to a meeting in the afternoon and they pay expenses so could add a bit on...... Don't tell. I'll put it in my calendar and let you know nearer the time. That's a hell of a time away from now, due to half term?

As I haven't met any of you before my ds is 11mo and will most likely be in a light blue and black Graco buggy eating raisins(!). Will wait outside the coffee area near the Waitrose side (I think this is actually the back of the coffee area). Will probably be there shopping beforehand and will wait for 15mins or so from 2pm. Looking forward to meeting you.

Hi Genna, nevermind, these things always happen. The next one is Monday June 21st at 10:30am. Hope you can make it. However, it doesn't stop anyone else from suggesting another date!

Jane313, Rohey and myself met today It was funny, you could have spotted us a mile away tucked into a corner of the coffee area with buggies and little ones! Why don't they have any places where we can let them crawl around?! It was nice meeting you both.

Rohey, I'll email the details about that m&b group in a min. Hopefully you both can make it on the 21st.

Hello. The parallel north London lot are coming to Brent cross next week!!! As it stands, we're meeting outside Mothercare at 11am on Thursday, but keep an eye on the NORTH LONDON GET TOGETHER thread as we're hopeless at organising ourselves.
