Mini Macclesfield meetup

Next Friday (21st) come rain or shine marthamoo, fairyfly, Flip and I will be getting together in West Park, Macclesfield - planning to meet up at about 11.45 at the big log house near the children's castle.

We're bringing sandwiches and nice snacky things and staying until about 2.30. If anyone else would like to join us we'd love to see you!

West Park the junction of Prestbury Road (B5087) and Chester Rd (A537) I think its near to Sainsbury's

I think its still the log house near the childrens castle. I have no idea where that is within the park but I'm sure I'll find it.

Someone is being kind to me today

I realised after posting last night I have to stop in for an important delivery. It usually arrives around lunchtime.

Today it arrived at 8.30am!

I've just got in and put the heating on! I'm freezing!!!

Everybody quite normal and hardly hairy at all. Not an axe in sight. Lovely to see you all and the kids were brill!

Now I'm going to get socks and a jumper too

I put my heating on too! I was frozen. Ds2 (you all know his name now!) fell asleep on the way back and slept til 5.

It was really good. The most surreal bit was talking about MNers, OUT LOUD, by name...like when I said "oh I have to take some piccies for spacemonkey, lou and suzyw" and "essbee's met tech" and none of you got that "spacemonkey? essbee? tech? Are you on drugs?" look!

Just checking in since yesterday. I was tired when I got to home home.

It was lovely meeting everyone and thanks a million Janh. Excellent driving!

DD slept like a log when she tucked it at 10. She has been shaking her bum this mirning when we say "dance".

Will email pics but must get ready for work. I don't have any of the police car that passed by though...........did you get that one marthamoo????
