Hello all, just discovered this thread - hope I'm not too late. I live in Canonbury, near Highbury Corner, and have a 6-month-old daughter.

Please keep me updated on any plans to meet up - I'd love to be involved.

Hi SarahCaroline, we have not managed to meet up yet, will be away for 2 weeks now, so let's get in touch again mid August to arrange somewhere to meet, would be really nice!

I'm still definitely up for meeting, though I won't be in Islington until early September. Maybe we should start an e-list off the board? Anyone interested, email me...

Cityjen and I are arranging a Highbury/Islington meet-up for sometime in the second half of Sept. Do email me or cityjen re. availability and interest, but in any case I'll post a message here shortly and try to email everyone in this thread once we've got a date. The venue will probably be Brown's on Islington Green - just about the only place with space for multiple buggies!

Simi, would Wed 15 Sept be any good for you? Cityjen, might you be available by then? Could be a good compromise date. Say, 3pm at Brown's on Islington Green? If anyone else is interested, let's go for it and then find subsequent dates that suit everyone. Let me know.
Once I've got the green light from one or two here I'll email everyone in the thread.

I probably won't be able to make it...in any case, my daughter is in nursery MWF during the month of September so I'd have to come sans toddler. :)

Unfortunately won't be able to make it as I am going to my last postnatal exercise class that day (I am already missing 2 when I am in Germany). Could do the Thursday or Friday though otherwise I will just join the next meet up when I get back in October, very sweet of you though trying to fit us all in!

That's a shame. DD and I go to Gymboree on a Thursday, and then I'm away on holiday for a week, so if we don't manage 15 Sept let's try again in Oct.

I should be able to do the 15th at 3pm, bar any last minute upsets with my working days!

Unfortunately I can't make it on the 15th, not because of the day but the time as I have a dd at school who I have to collect at 3.15.
I'd be up for a meet up another time if you could make it earlier.

Hi Scampadoodle - sadly the sale fell through on the survey. We would have been on Grosvenor Avenue! All things being well, we're actually going to buy the flat we're renting now, so will remain in lovely Dalston. Are you going to the Wednesday 15th meetup?
