Welsh Christmas Drinks?

WHo would be up for meeting early evening in Dec for a few drinks, either in Cardiff or Newport?

So whats happening then, I am up for it, if I can make the date. Cardiff would suit me best as i live there, but would travel else where esp if I had someone to travel with.

After the New Year has settled down, we'll round up all the South Wales lot and get something sorted.

It would be fun wouldn't it, and I feel a bit sad that the idea keeps being mooted and then we don't get it together. Us Welsh are supposed to be up for a bit of a drink and a night out. Can't let the side down.

I certainly didnt' mean to exclude adopted welsh, the more the merrier. So we really have to pull it together. Would people from places other than cardiff, come by train? I don't want to be cardiff centric, but it does seem to be between Swansea and Cwmbran and Caerphilly, unless my geographys off

Ha ha's has been mentioned before, but we are spoilt for choice really. I suggest meeting in "The Yard" it is the brains pub near the station on St Marys street, very nice in there now they have poshed it up. it also backs onto the Brewery quarter which is chocca with bars, eateries etc
