Brighton Sept meet up

Well the Brighton wedding season has finished and we need something to look forward to, so I'm proposing a Sept meet. Dates free at the moment are 12, 19 or 26 Sept. Who's in?

veggie feelings please?!

But for the record, what was the veggie food like? I'm thinking about going veggie (or vegan) again so it's worth knowing. Think I've organised things so I can make it now.

Thanks Doreen :) I do vaguely remember the veggie options being good, but given how much alcohol I likely consumed I may be recalling something entirely different ;) I will come after work on the twelfth, I've had a lot of Saturdays off recently so am trying to not ask for any more off so that I can get the Christmas meet off ;)

My parents are supposed to be visiting in September but most of my Saturdays seem to have been reserved now!

I should probably name change back to Pixie for these threads! Given that there is already a Brighton Rattie!

How about good food club in hove or the curry leaf in temple bar?

I've never been to the Curry Leaf, is it any good?

Totally love The Curry Leaf, but not been to The Temple Bar one yet.been fair few times to Brighton restaurant, but also fancy The Good Food Club a lot. so up to you Helish.

I have also heard very good things about the newish Argentinian steak place in Hove, but prob not ideal for the veggies amongst us! :(

Will give Good Food a call and see if we can book. Friends have been and said it was good and they have enough space to cater for groups.

Haaaa MABS! Good Food sounds good Helish. Yeah, Pho not good for veggie options unfortunately. Could have been a bad chef, who knows? I think Stickem and I were offered free desserts or something to compensate. Wouldn't think this should be a reason to choose whether or not to become veggie/vegan though
