Oooooooooooo I used to go to the Black Bull when I was younger.

Gary Pallister, (I think it was him) burnt me with a tab once.

lozzawoo · 22/09/2006 18:46

Hi Lozzawoo, not working at moment - on maternity leave!!! wish i had something exciting to talk about, but unfortunately my life is revolving around nappies and never managing to have a tidy house. i sound like a right bore ....!!! am contemplating whether or not to have some wine

flumpybono73 · 22/09/2006 22:18

i used to see mr pallister in the bull - didn't realise he smoked - hope he apologised to caped crusader!

smoggie · 22/09/2006 22:40

Another Teessider here - hence the screen name. Have been a member on here for about a year, don't post a great deal - mainly lurk and read.

LOL at Gary Pallister - I was in the Bull a couple of months ago and he still goes in there. THe Bull used to be my second home from about the age of 17-26!! We used to go to the Kirk EVERY week. I was once chatted up by Neil Cox in the Bull , he was a complete tosser...ooh and on the footie players/bars theme - Bernie Slaven once carried my drinks form the bar for me...swoon? ermm I don't think so, but good bloke.

Anyway - just wanted to say Hi and add to the growing Teesside numbers. Better go and wake dh up - he's fallen aslepe in front of TV again, have tried 3 times to shift him, but he keeps droping back off.

flumpybono73 · 22/09/2006 22:43

smoggie - i used to kirk it every friday!! loved the place. would have a few drinks round someone's home for dutch courage (we weren't quite the legal age ahem) then venture to the crown.

Hi All

I was born in Boro, left when I was 20.(now 36) & now live in St Albans (South East). My parents & brothers still live there. Going home in 3 weeks. So I it doesn't really count, although I still consider myself a northern & not a soft southerner!

Got to go and pick up dd from nursery.
