Sorry guys, I'm not going to make it . Dh's day has gone tits up and he won't be in from work till 11ish and mum & dad who'd normally babysit are going to a funeral in the morning and are leaving at 6am, so they can't help plus I'm currently arguing with them to let me drive them to the funeral as dad's hurt his back, so I may have to be up at 5am and I don't do mornings.

I am really disappointed as I was looking forward to catching up with everyone and meeting the newbies.

I did think about it and Sparkler nearly twisted my arm too, but when I came out of slimming world, she was sucking her thumb and twiddling her hair, so was ready for bed (that's dd not Sparkler ). It wouldn't have been fair on her to bring her. Gone are the days when I could stick her in a corner and she'd sleep in her buggy.

You're all munching pizza now and having a good chinwag. I can't even have a drink as dh isn't here and I don't drink when I'm with dd on my own .

God I'm feeling sorry for myself.

Want to thank you all so much for your lovely cards and gifts. You are really kind. I had a lovely "birthday evening" although I ate far more than I should have done. (Thanks again for the pud and the coffee Delgirl )

ohhhhhh groan groan groan I am sooooooooooooooooo stuffed I fell horrid bleurgh . I've drunk about 2 pints of water since I got home too, there must have been loads of salt in the pizza.

Anyway, lovely to see you all tonight but we missed you surfermum.

Oh I really am so full i'm not going to be able to sleep for ages. Why did you let me eat so much? Goodness knows what i'd have been like if i'd drunk the whole bottle .

Let me know if you're over this way Sparkler and you can get your cake or when i'm over at Toysrus, I'll give you a call.

Groebaby... we were keeping an eye out for someone looking lost (Psycho even wanted to kidnap a poor woman who wasn't looking for us!!! ). Hoping you decided against coming and not that you didn't find us
