Hi there, just arrived with hubby and 9mth daughter last week. Very keen to meet mums and bubs of course in the area......
Used to have a mums group and we'd meet once a week, so looking forward to making contact and joining or starting a new group!
Hope to chat soon, Cath

Hi and welcome.

Sorry no one has replied to you yet...lots of people are all 'caught up' in mumsnet's current "situation" so I think threads are going unanswered far more than usual. Don't give up though! Thsi reply will 'bump' your post back into active conversations for a bit and you may get a reply.
If not, just leap in to any other thread that looks interesting. A quick way to find current hot talking points is to choose "active conversations" from the beigey box at the top of the page (lots of MNers choose 'without buying/selling' too to limit the numbers)

Hope thsi helps!

Hi Cath

We just moved here a few months ago from NZ and are really enjoying it. We are miles away from you in Epsom so probably not much chance of a meet up but thought I would say hi and if you want to email me feel free! I have met heaps of lovely people through various Mums websites and now have quite a few friends that I meet up with quite regularly

Good luck with it all!

Hi there

Just saw your thread, I live in Hither Green not a million miles from Greenwich, I'm expecting my first on 20th Oct, hope to finish work on 15th Sept. I'm not a kiwi by birth but lived there for 5 years until 2001 and got my citzenship so technically a kiwi!! )
Always happy to go to Greenwich, lovely park and also am keen to find out what's out there for Mums and babies in the area so if you want to explore together let me know.
Hope you are settling into Old Blighty ok.

Hi all but particularly Jennnz... am a kiwi mum of a 16 week old boy. We're in tadworth... just down the road from you!!! Have been living in the uk for 5 years now and looks like we'll be here for at least another couple. we're regular visitors to starbucks in the ashley centre so if you fancy catching up for a coffee...

Hi kiwikid

Would be great to catch up sometime- as much as I love being here I am starting to get a little homesick now so the thought of catching up with a fellow Kiwi is great! Feel free to email me sometime and we can arrange something...

Hi O1Kiwicath, have you seen the Nov '05 postnatal thread, we're a friendly bunch and a few of us live your way, our bundles of joy range from late Oct through to Ealy Nov '05.

I'd do a link but haven't got a clue how, the threads called Nov 05 Babies cryin, talkin' sleepin' walkin' livin dolls.

Come and say hi if you get a chance as we often meet up in Greenwich Park

Hi there

Thanks for the replies....Still trying to suss this website out, so not sure about instant replies back to indiviuals etc....

If you are keen to meet up (as all the friends I know here are baby-less) for a coffee/playtime for bubs, I'd love that and so would my wee one.
Feel free to email me [email protected]

Hope to chat or catch up soon ;)
Cath
