Now. As I just PM'd NearTheWindmill, I'm struggling a bit with ideas re venue and thinking about what kind of place we want.

• somewhere with OK food for people who want dinner
• not too expensive
• fairly close to Waterloo
• somewhere we can have a big table - in an area of our own maybe? Where we can mix and mingle and wander around a bit without bothering other diners?

So does anyone have any bright ideas??

I'm sitting here watching Superbowl coverage (pre-game, kickoff isnt until 11.25pm!) Yes, yes I know but DH is a massive fan of American football. Well, so am I if truth be told Anyways a chance to sit here with google and trip advisor and find us a venue!

Apologies everyone. I was going to come for drinks only but I won't be able to make it. It's my birthday on Fri and DH has organised sthg for Saturday, starting earlier than I'd expected. Have fun and I hope to meet you next time. My last big night out was with MN-ers in Dec. Good fun too :)
