spider I think being on low doses of steroids for yrs kept my hay fever and allergies controlled now that I need less which is good it has flared up For 2 days I took anti histamines as I couldn't breathe and was really itchy around my eyes and I have been ill ever since Appaerntly this year is particularly bad no idea why Have been drinking nettle tea but you have to drink lots to get the effect and then you end up with diarrhoea Nice!

I used to suffer terrible with hayfever, my eyes were so sore and watery at times I couldn't see clearly to drive. I used to wake up and feel like I hadn't breathed all night.
My mum got hold of a homeopathic treatment for me, it was a seqeunce of tablets which at the time seemd like a real hassle, one every four hours under your tougue to dissolve another thre times a day to swallow but I tell you what, that was five years ago and I haven't really suffered much at all since! I used to be bad every year
