Ah, not sure low carbing works for me though.
Breakfast: eggs. Followed by pineapple chunks with natural yoghurt.
Lunch: Tuna Nicoise.
Dinner: fish/chicken with veg, tiny bit of rice.
Before bed: 3-4 almonds

I must be doing something wrong.
