Let's arrange another night out, especially to celebrate Arabica's good news.

She's suggested the new Yum Yum in Stokey - I concur wholeheartedly.

Suggestions for dates, please? I think it had probably best be left until after the Easter hols now. What about Wed 26 April?

It's Thai. They've just moved to enormous new and very swish premises round the corner from Church St. Funnily enough it was the Grand Opening on the night we went to Rasa.

The doormen looked a bit worried that the scruffy old bag (me) walking twoards them might try and get in!

Bran - the 277 goes from Canary Wharf to Dalston Junction, then you can jump on any bus going up the Kingsland high st towards Church St - 10 mins, max. Bus will drop you virtually outside YumYums.

Hmmmm, I'm listening NQC. I had foolishly forgotten about cabs as it's so hard to take a small child in one unless it's a proper black taxi. So is it evening and child-free then?

Yes, evening and child-free. I've not been to one of these, as the last one clashed with Mexico, but I gather they're good fun.
