Right here we go - sign up here all those coming to Kew in March. How about either 9 or 23 March (Thurs) ?

hello
yes i'm coming but i'm vvvvvvvvvvvvvery nervous!

hazellnut, i'm not sure if my membership gets people in cheap but i'll give it a go!

12 sounds cool at the gates

i'll be wearing a peruvian purple type hat, jeans and blue and pink trainers
leon will be in a maclaren quest buggy

HN i think i have your mobile, will go and email you now to confirm numbers

everyone else, lets have a description!!!!

starlover · 20/03/2006 21:33

lockets and I will be together... think she will have buggy and dd2 in carrier.

i'll have a bright pink furry coat on (you REALLY can't miss me) and Linus in his little buggy

TheBlonde · 21/03/2006 09:37

I am blondish and will be wearing a blue fleece coat probably. DS is very blonde and will be wearing a red coat. He will be in a Quest buggy

starlover · 22/03/2006 21:27

hazellnut... i would very much appreciate being got in cheaper if that's ok... and not too cheeky to ask!

starlover · 22/03/2006 21:28

and lockets, as we are both rather poor right now.

pity us pity us!

Hazellnut · 22/03/2006 21:30

Have just posted on your other thread.

No one go through the gates - we can sort it out then.

OP posts:
starlover · 22/03/2006 21:36

Hazellnut · 22/03/2006 21:38

OP posts:
starlover · 22/03/2006 21:40

that's not the point! lol

gossifer · 23/03/2006 07:38

we're not coming i'm afraid, i know it makes the second time we are a no show, but i've a horrible cold and i'm not sure the cold but beautiful kew will be much fun for me
sorry everyone
i hope you all enjoy, and if anyoone wants to meet me there another time soon i'd love too!

Hazellnut · 23/03/2006 08:20

cold feet eh goss ? Wink Grin. That's a shame - would have been great to ahve met you. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Now, given the worries over the cost to get in, and as we would be able to get less people in cheaply - is it too late to change the plan ? I know both Blonde/Lockets are in the same sort of area and I'm not too far either so we could meet round there if someone has any suggestions and would prefer this and we could do Kew when Goss can make it. I am happy either way. Of course this only works if you all check in this morning..... I will keep a check in

TheBlonde · 23/03/2006 08:23

I am useless and have no suggestions

(but HN is correct I am in Balham)

TheBlonde · 23/03/2006 08:57

Still happy to do Kew or wherever

Hazellnut · 23/03/2006 09:01

hmmm.... scratches head..... can't think of anywhere really - I was sort of thinking Clapham/Wimbledon way but thats not much use without an actual suggestion just thought it might be easier for everyone else given travel/costs etc but perhaps it might be best to ignore my ideas !!

Was thinking Richmond park but was wondering how accessible it was if people are on public transport - I can drive and could pick up one other from a station - norbiton perhaps (have spare car seat as dd will still fit in her little one) but that might jsut be too complicated !? Another idea I'd thought was coffee/lunch in wimbledon village and a walk on the common but perhaps too dull... I really think I might just be complicating all this but was just trying to help (honest !). Was just aware that Kew is easy/cheap for me but might not be for others.

Outside would def be nice though given the sun !

OP posts:
TheBlonde · 23/03/2006 09:11

I vote for Kew - the sun is shining

TheBlonde · 23/03/2006 10:06

Well? Should I expect to see you guys there still??
