Excellent news Floss, (you are welcome )

x

MarsOnLife · 23/01/2006 11:47

I don't need convincing. I have 5 kids, what's a dozen more lol!!!!!!!!!

Happy to have you all......though the promise of a bottle of red makes me even more amenable........

VeniVidiVickiQV · 23/01/2006 11:48

thats where i live!!!!!

Flossam · 23/01/2006 11:50

Important notice -

Do not give the bottle to Mars untill you leave, should you wish to bring one. She cannot be held responsible for her behaviour if you make the fatal mistake of giving her such temptation as 12 under 8's arrive into her tidy, immaculate home....

MarsOnLife · 23/01/2006 11:50

Moorgate good. Then Victoria Line to Finsbury Park, then bus or cab to me!

MarsOnLife · 23/01/2006 11:51

lol!!!!!!!!!!!!

starlover · 23/01/2006 11:51

i think we should all have a bottle.

OP posts:
MarsOnLife · 23/01/2006 11:52

love the thought that my home is tidy and immaculate lol

Flossam · 23/01/2006 11:52

Mars, I will CAT you if thats ok a bit nearer the time if thats ok so I can get your postcode? That way will be able to figure out the best way to get to you. Hope that will be ok. xx

starlover · 23/01/2006 11:52

btw i should warn everyone that ds is a serial hair-puller/eye-poker.

you've been warned

OP posts:
Flossam · 23/01/2006 11:54

DS likes to try and pull my eyes out. But so far it only seems to be me he does it to. DP sometimes wears glasses so I think he thinks maybe my eyes are my glasees? Do you think I could make it as a child psychologist?

MarsOnLife · 23/01/2006 11:55

I won't tell you all what my troublesome duo do... don't want to put you off. LOL

starlover · 23/01/2006 11:56

well all know what your 2 are like mars
lol

chicagomum · 23/01/2006 20:06

Is Mars seriously considering hosting this? That is so sweet(mad) of her. What time of day where we thinking?

starlover · 23/01/2006 20:20

lunchtime? lol

OP posts:
VeniVidiVickiQV · 23/01/2006 20:23

Brunch, with lunch to follow then afternoon tea with CAKES

VeniVidiVickiQV · 23/01/2006 20:24

or do you think that might be taking marsy's hospitality too far?

yes vvvqv! i was thinking more along the lines of a liquid/cake lunch! lovely big dinner... some drinks in the evening and a nice lie-in whilst mars gets the kids up and makes our breakfast

OP posts:
chicagomum · 23/01/2006 20:33

Who is taking more than one child with them btw?

Flossam · 23/01/2006 20:34

Or, if she dosen't fancy that, perhaps she could get a deal at a local hotel and put us up, considering that her own hospitality is so poor.

chicagomum · 23/01/2006 20:36

Hey Floss, dare I ask how the move/house-hunting is going?

Flossam · 23/01/2006 20:38

We have found house, but mortgage application has been delayed, but complete lack of comms. So now facing another two week wait to see if the mortgage application will be accepted all the while things seem to be progressing quite nicely with solicitors. So stressful and worrying really! How is being back at work? Have you decided to relocate?
