Hi
I have just joined Mums net and live in Sudbury. I dont really know the area at all. i moved here 2 years ago but have found it quite difficult to get out and about when you dont really have anywhere to go! I am starting to find it easier now i have Elizabeth, my youngest, who is 9 months. It would be really nice to have a chat and stuff.

Hi. I am in Hadleigh, near Ipswich. I have DD1 (11), DS (9) and DD2 (18months). There don't seem to be many of us from this area.

DinersH · 23/01/2006 09:02

Sudbury is about half an hours drive away from stowmarket through bildeston, finborough etc. Its nice to see that at least there are a couple of us contacting each other.
hi to spagbol!!!!
I do go to stowmarket alot as my dp works there we should all arrange to meet somewhere.

hollyandsamsmum · 23/01/2006 11:42

Hi everyone,

Yes there's only a few of us on this site anyhow! I am happy to meet up sometime - have very litte one too so not to sure how it will work out - but I can try!!

There's a great soft play at Stowmarket leisure centre... would be a good place to meet for coffee/chat.

Any thought/suggestion would love to hear from others.

Hi sorry I have not been back on for a couple of days I work over the weekend so can get really busy. I've lived in Ipswich for about ten years (can it really be that long). Would be great to meet up, thank you for your e-mail address, will drop you a line tonight.

MarmaladeSun · 23/01/2006 13:34

Ok, so nest question is; how old are all your little ones (and not so little ones) and of course yourselves? I'm 37, and have 11,8 and 18 months.

babiesrcool · 23/01/2006 21:38

I'm 30 very very soon, as in counting down days job. I've one little girl who is eight months old - think I have said that in an earlier part of this thread but very proud of her.

Roobedoo · 23/01/2006 21:44

Hello, just seen this. I'm in Suffolk and would be interested in meeting up. Will happily travel, although my sense of direction is appalling so will need detailed instructions!

Roobedoo · 23/01/2006 21:44

Forgot to say, DS is 18 months.

MarmaladeSun · 23/01/2006 23:03

Im so glad there are other mums in my area who also are looking for company i get so bored as i dont many people in sudbury and i find it so hard to meet people. Also one question ive been looking for differeent things to do with elizabeth execpt mum and tots groups as i find those so intimidating just wondered if anyone knew of anything. i really dont mind travelling.
