I have cancelled my book group do tonight as I have a dreadful cold and couldn't cope with the competitive mummies brigade I will go to bed early to be ready for the mumsnetters xx

I'm hoping to make it but I also have a stinky cold and have cancelled going out tonight so it depends how I am by then. If I have to commit for a booking it will have to be no I'm afraid, but if it's ok to just come along if I can that would be great. I am SO curious to see if I know any of you from "real life". Brighton is such a small world .....

Well hello you all, blimey haven't had chance to come on here for a week or so and suddenly there are a load of you from Brighton area all going out.
I am too late for that but its great to see you are all there/here.
Also, can't belive you know the Blue Parrot. god I have great memories of that place, one of my friends used to work there and feed me HUGE cocktails. Have a great night then those of you that make it and hope you get over your colds those of you that don't.

7.15 at mexican next to theatre royal i think. The Blue Parrot bar is above the mexican but i think we are meeting at the restaurant downstairs. That right noddy hun? Dunno the name of it but it's brightly coloured.Look forward to meeting you Major and Spider.

The blue parrot no longer exists - so don't look for that as a landmark! The Mexican is a little restaurant next to the Theatre Royal.

Along that road you have Quod on the corner, then the electrical shop, then the theatre, then the Mexican, then Pinocchios and The Treatment Rooms.

What name is the table booked under (if it is). I don't really want to show up at a restaurant and say I'm looking for noddyholder and custardo etc.!!!
